About the course
What is the Marriage Course?
The course was developed by Nicky and Sila Lee who are based in the United Kingdom but is run all over the world. Thousands of couples have attended.
The course is for all couples, whether you've been together for a short time or for decades. The course is also for couples who aren't married but are living together. Many couples who attend the course have good marriages but come on the course because they want it to stay that way. Others come because they want to improve an aspect of their relationship. Whatever the reason for coming, many couples have found that their relationship has been strengthened as a result of doing the course.
The Marriage Course is based on Christian principles but has been designed to be equally applicable to people who don't attend church. Many of the couples who come on the course don't have any church affiliation.
What can I expect on the course?
The course starts with a romantic candlelit dinner, just you and your partner at your own table. The meal is followed by an entertaining presentation along with opportunities to discuss the subject matter between the two of you. There is no group discussion on the Marriage Course, the only person you need to speak to is your partner.
